P105和PTEN在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及相关性研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and its relation to clinicopathological characterises of P105 and PTEN protein in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Expression of P105 and PTEN protein was detected in 52 SCC and 10 normal skin specimens by SP immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rate of P105 protein significantly higher in SCC specimen than that in normal skin (P<0.05) .The positive rate of PTEN was significantly lower in SCC than that in normal skin (P<0.001) in SCC specimen.The positive rate of P105 protein was higher than them in the high-middle differentiation group.The positive rate of PTEN protein was lower than them in the high-middle differentiation group (P<0.001) in Low differentiation of SCC pecimen.A significant positive relationship was observed between the expression of P105 and significant negative relationship of PTEN protein is relation to pathologicalgrading in SCC (P<0.05). Conclusions The enhance of P105and the decrease or negative prefix deletion of PTEN protein expression will result in the malignant transformation and proliferation, and tumour has an aggressive marks in SCC specimen.关键词
