Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of glycolicacid and 1319nm Nd:YAG laser in wrinkle reduction of face and explore its possible mechanism. Methods 30 patients were divided into two groups randomly. Group A was given only glycolicacid treatment, group B was treated with glycolicacid and 1319nmNd:YAG laser. At the same time 40 SD -rats were randomly divided into control group, photoaged group.glycolicacid treatment group and laser -glycolicacid treatment groupjaser-glycolicacid treatment group was treated by 1319nmNd:YAG laser and glycolicacid. Results The effectiveness ratio of two groups were 80.0%, 60.0% respectively, and there was a significantly statistic difference between them. (^ =3.801, P<0.05).And the degeneration/eduction and disorder of dremal collagenimproved after 1319nm-Nd:YAG laser and glycolicacid treatment, laser- glycolicacid treatment gr- oup was better in effect than glycolicacid treatment group. Conclusion 1319nm Nd: YAG laser comebined with glycolicacid had been proven to be better for wrinkle reduction in face.关键词
