摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safty of the Q-switched alexandrite laser at 752nm in treating facial lentigines of PJS. Methods Total 40 cases of PJS were treated with the Q-swithched Alexandrite laser PhotGenica HT10, and then analyze the efficacy and complications of treatment. Results The excellent effective rate was 52.5%, and the total effective rate was 100%. Most patients get the excellent effective after 3 treatments.ln our study, there were no cases occurred scar, pigmentation and hypopigmentation. Conclusion 752nm Q-switched Alexandrite laser is effective in the treatment of oral labial lentigines of PJS.关键词
