摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of IPL and Nd:YAG (1064nm) laser in the treatment of skin hemangioma. Methods 476 cases of peripheral skin hemangioma in our department treated by IPL and Nd:YAG (1064nm) laser from 2006.1 to 2010.12 were reviewed and followed up. Analysed its curative effect. Results All cases were followed up for 6-12 months. The healing rate of superficial skin hemangioma was 88.4% and the effective rate was 10.7%. Superficial mix with deep hemangioma treated combining with medicament local injection, Its healing rate was 78. 4 % and the effective rate was 17.6%. Side effect was slight. Conclusion IPL and Nd:YAG (1064nm) laser on skin hemangioma is a therapy with good effect Jess cure time, high safety. It deserve to be popularized.关键词
