微小种植体支抗的脱落情况分析
Analysis of abscission of Mini-implant anchorage
摘要
Abstract
Objective To find the most possible contributing factors for abscission of Mini-implant, we analyzed the abscission of Mini -implant anchorage in the different position and different time. Methods The data of implant -position and implant-time of 349 Mini-implants in jaw of 176 patients and implant-position and implant-time of 29 abscising Mini-implants among them were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results We had 91.6% success rate in implanting.Abscission hasn't been record in regions of the palate.which implanted 19 mini-screws.and regions between the mesial of the second premolar in maxillary and mandible.which implanted 28 mini -screws.There were significant differences in the abscising rate between maxillary and mandible and between different times. Conclusion The most possible contributing factors of success implanting rate is operation itself.关键词
