石蓝草煎剂治疗肺胃热盛型面部脂溢性皮炎疗效观察
Clinical efficacy observation of Shilancao Decoction in treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis of exuberance of lung and stomach heat type
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effectivity of Shilancao Decoction in treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis of exubefance of lung and stomach heat type. Methods 90 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 60 cases with Shilancao Decoction.westem medicine and wet water.the control group of 35 cases with western medicine and wet water.4 weeks.both groups as a course of treatment ,a total of 2 courses. Results The cure rate in treatment group was 56.7% ,23.3% in the control group; total effective rate was 91.3% in treatment group and control group was 66.6% .Cure rate in both groups compared with the total efficiency,the differences were significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Shilancao Decoction in treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis of exubefance of lung and stomach heat type gets good efficacy, is worthy of promotion.关键词
