Effect of TDP on microvessel formation in autogenous fat transplantation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of TDP on microvessel formation in autogenous fat graft. Methods Animal model of fat transplantation was created by using SD mices.then the mices were divided into TDP group and control group.The region of autogenous fat graft was treated with TDP for 30mins one time,3 times everyday in TDP group.The microvessel in fat graft was determined by immunohistochemical method. Results Microvessel index in TDP group was higher compare with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion It shows that TDP could improve survival rate of autogenous fat grafts by promotion vessel formation.关键词
