正畸釉质脱矿的FTIR研究
Study on the fourier transform infrared detection of saliva of orthodontic patients

Abstract
Objective To predict risk of orthodontic tooth surface demineralization and reveal the cause of demineralization,saliva correlation between Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was study. Methods Selected the 30 subjects, in which 15 patients occurred enamel decalcification and 15 didn't occur enamel decalcification,and obtain Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Then we selected 10 sites which is significant of the spectrum represented. Studying Forrier transform of the patients before treatment and after treatment and then using the method of Logestic Statistics to analyse the relationship between the enamel decalcification and saliva composition. Results Regression equation was established,in the ten sites,V1,V2,V4,V7 were positively correlated to demineralization, and V3、V5、V6、V8、V9、V10 were a negative correlation to demineralization. Conclusions The main component of saliva has a linear correlation with enamel demineralization,regression equation can predict the risk of demineralization reference.关键词
