摘要
Abstract
Objective To confirm that correction of the class III malocclusion with mandible deviation through the improved Buccal Multiloop removable appliance is associated with a change in early functional mandible deviation was the purpose of this Study. Methods 20 the class III malocclusion of mixed dentitions with mandible deviation were treated by improved Buccal Multiloop removable appliance for correction of anterior crossbite and unilateral posterior crossbite.Pretreatment and posttreatment tomograms were available for 20 of the patients.AII data was analysed by SPSS statistical software. Results After the correction of the class III malocclusion of mixed dentitions with mandible deviation by improved Buccal Multiloop removable appliance.craniofacial asymmetry improved significantly. Conclusion According to this study.early treatment of the class III malocclusion with mandible deviation were treated by improved Buccal Multiloop removable appliance is indicated to improve early functional mandible deviation.关键词
