摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical results of the restoration of immediate implant placement and non -functional prosthesis in the aesthetic area. Methods 25 patients were included in the study,and 34 Xive implants were inserted and pravisionalized immdiately after the failing teeth had been removed.The final prosthses were restored 6 months later.The patients were evaluated clinically and radiographically at implant placement and at 3,6,12 months after implant placement. Results One implant was lost because of peri -implantitis.and 33 implants remained osseointegrated at 12 months.The patients were satisfied with the esthetic effects. Conclusion Immediate implant placemen and non-functional prosthsis is a sensitive technique.Many factors may affect the final results and the strict control of indication is the key factor.关键词
