摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the efficacy and reduce complications of the double-loop breast reduction method,investigate the functional mastectomy. Methods Mark nearly concentric circle incision line with the nipple as the center,remove the skin between two circles,form the epidermis cap.Two wedge -shaped breast tissues were removedrespectively in the inferior medial and superior lateral quadrant outerside the inner circle.suture the breast tissues afterthe separation below the glandular tissue.Then suture the edge of the epidermis cap to the the breast base and fix ontothe fascia of musculus pectoralis major.Lastly contract and suture the skin between outside and outer ring. Results All23 patients 46 cases were satisfied with the results including improvement of the figure,symmetrical nipples, normaltouch sensation and concealed scar,Moreover,lactational function was preserved. Conclusion This is an ideal methodfor breast reduction with excellent cosmetic results and normal function.关键词
