Abstract
Objective In order to explore an ideal treatment methods for facial sebaseous cyst,it could reduce scarformation,and obtain a satisfactory therapeutic effect. Methods Through the application of the multifunction of electricion treatment instrument and a small incision surgical excision to facial sebaseous cyst,458 cases were divided into twogroups according to the diameter of the cyst.With the group with the diameter more than 1.5cm,the multifunction ofelectric ion treatment instrument was used,and with the group with the diameter less than 1.5 cm,a small incision surgicalexcision was selected. Results All the patients were cured with PhaseⅠand all the patients were followed up 3 monthsto 1 year.Postoperative scar,postoperative recurrence and patients'satisfaction were recorded.It was showed only twocases had postoperative recurrence,all the postoperative scars were not apparent,and all the patients were satisfied.Conclusion According to the diameter of the cyst,the application of the multifunction of electric ion treatment instrumentand a small incision surgical excision was selected separately. Less trauma, less postoperative scar,less postoperativerecurrence and all the patients were satisfied,it was worth promoting.关键词
