Abstract
Objective By reviewing 165 patients (307 skin soft tissue expanders) with retrospective statistics andanalysis related factors which can cause the complications of skin and soft tissues,to recognize the factors which areprone to the complications and provide a theoretical basis on which can reduce the incidence of the complications andincrease the success rate of surgery. Methods In total 165 cases 307 expanders were divided in different groups by①the implanted position of expander,②the number of skin soft tissue expander,③the speed of expansion.We count thenumber of the skin soft tissue expander in each group,and the incidence of complications in each group has beenanalyzed. Results In total 165 cases,307 skin soft tissue expanders,the incidence of the complication is 16.61%.In theall complication,the highest is expander exposure,followed by infection and hematoma. Conclusion Expander implantposition is different,so does the complications rate.The more expanders which have been implanted,the higher incidence of complications.The expansion speed is different,so does the incidence of complication.The faster the expansion speedis,the higher incidence of complication.关键词
