摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the use of autogenous costal cartilage and Medpor implantation to correct the nasaldeformity of Binder Syndrome and observe the effect. Methods 6 patients were performed the operation together withmore than 6 months follow - up.The operation choosed the incision of V type along the lower edge of the lateralcartilage and got the nasal septum cartilage.The costal cartilage stent and nasal septum cartilage stent were put in andMedpor was used to fix shape. Results Patents and surgeons were all satisfactory with the nasal shape,height andlength. No significant complication was recorded. Conclusion This method was easy and low cost,with good effect andearning promotion.关键词
