成都地区女性四季节唇红部皮肤生理状况的研究

Abstract
Objective To observe age and seasonal effect on the lip physiological condition, such as dryness and aging.Methods 56 healthy female volunteers, aged 20～50, were recruited in Chengdu after signing informed consent form.They were split into two matched age groups: younger group included 27 women 20～35 y.o; older group included 28women 36-50 y.o. The vermilion border of lip was assessed by clinical evaluation over the sequential four seasons.Evaluation parameters included overall dryness, fine lines, flakiness, chapping, elasticity, plumping and gloss. ResultsThere were significant differences between the two age groups in clinical grading scores of overall dryness, fine lines,flakiness (P <0.05): the scores were higher in the older group. Elasticity and gloss were better in the younger groupwhereas chapping and plumping showed no significant difference (P>0.05) between the two age groups. In the youngerage group, lip skin dryness, fine lines, flakiness and elasticity scores changed with the seasons (P <0.05). In the olderage group, lip dryness, flakiness, chapping and plumping scores changed with the seasons (P<0.05). The most severecondition was observed in winter in both groups. Conclusion This study indicated that lip dryness and lip agingparameters would alter with seasons and age. Lip dryness atlas may be a useful way for clinical evaluation of labial skin.关键词
