ALA光动力疗法治疗皮肤鳞状细胞癌的临床研究
The clinical research of ALA photodynamic therapy for squamous cell carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and relapse rate of the 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA -PDT) for squamous cell carcinoma. Methods 30 patients with squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed byhistopathological examination were treated by ALA-PDT for 4 to 11 times,and comparied with those patients who weretreated by surgery for a relapse rate. Results The complete remission were achieved in 29 patients from treatmentgroup, and that were considered up to clinical cure. After 6 to 12 month follow-up, 4 cases from treatment group and 5cases from control group were found to relapse, there was no statistical significant difference (P ＞0.05).However,satisfactory cosmetic results were achieved in treatment group by ALA -PDT.Conclusion For those patients withcutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,especially for elderly ones, the recurrence rate of ALA-PDT was similar to that ofsurgical methods,but ALA-PDT had the advantage of less damage and better cosmetic results.关键词
