杜仲提取物对小鼠皮肤光老化保护作用的实验研究
Experimental study on the protective effect of eucommia extract on the mice skin photoaging
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the protective effects of Eucommia extract on the skin of photoaging -model mice. Methods Irradiate KM mice with UV (UVA+UVB, simulate soler) machine to develop photoaging-model mice.Eucommia extract were given by Internal and external.then the histology of skin tissue was observed.the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) were examined. Results Eucommia extract could enhance the activities of SOD (P<0.05), decrease the contents of MDA in both Internal and external (P<0.05),histological observation showed that external could improve the damage degree of the skin of mice. Conclusion Eucommia extract has the protective effect on the skin of photoaging-model mice.external is better than Intemal.the mechanism may be related to eliminating free radicals and active oxygen.protecting the skin tissue from peroxide damage.关键词
