摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the relationship between interleukin 23 ( IL-23 ) and children asthma. Methods:The levels of sera IL-23 in normal control group, asthma group and glucocorticosteroid treatment group were detected by Double-Antibody Sandwich ELISA. Results: The median levels of IL-23 in asthma group ( 13.7 (μg/L ) was significantly higher than that in normal control group (1.4 (μg/L ) and it was statistically significant. After glucocorticosteroid treatment,the median levels of IL-23 ( 6. 5 μg/L ) was significantly lower than before glucocorticosteroid treatment ( 15. 2 μg/L) and it was statistically significant. Conclusion; IL-23 may play a role in asthma pathogenesis.关键词
