Abstract
The history of flaxseed as health food materials,the relationship between bioactive components of flaxseed and healthy diet, the exploitation and utilization of flaxseed as health food materials were introduced in this paper, and meanwhile, some suggestions on the development of health food materials of flax were also put forward.关键词
