Plant Genetic Transformation and Its Application in Flax
摘要
Abstract
The technologies of genetic transformation have been playing an important role in creating mutants and new gemplasms and improving varieties. Currently agrobacterium-mediated method and gene gun method are the two main means of plant genetic transformation, which are paid attention to deeply and widely. According to the influential factors to the transformated rate and the application in flax, the development of the two methods is discussed in this paper, and the research direction is put forward.关键词
