不同浓度的水杨酸处理对木槿种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响OA
Effects of Salicylic Acid of Different Concentrations on Seed Germination and Physiological Characteristics of Hibiscus syriacus Linn
为了研究水杨酸对木槿种子萌发及子叶生理活性物质的影响,在无土栽培条件下,设置了4个水杨酸浓度处理,即S1:30mg/L,S2:60mg/L,S3:120mg/L,S4:240mg/L,1个对照(CK),3次重复。结果表明:在水杨酸浓度为0~60mg/L范围内,木槿种子发芽率、发芽势逐渐升高,浓度高于120mg/L时降低;S1处理胚根加长生长量高于对照,其余处理低于对照;S1处理子叶内电导率高于对照,其余处理低于对照;所有处理丙二醛含量随处理浓度的…查看全部>>
In order to study the effects of salicylic acid of different concentrations on the seed germination and physiological characteristics change of Hibiscus syriacus Linn.,a soilless culture trial with the SA at four concentrations ( 30,60,120 and 240 mg/L) was conducted,with clear water as the control.The seed germination rate and germination potential of Hibiscus syriacus at 0-60 mg SA/L gradually increased,and those were decreased at more than 120 mg SA/L.The…查看全部>>
