Monitoring of stroke morbidity and mortality in 2 rural communities of Shanghai from 2008 to 2010
目的 监测上海市农村社区2008-2010年卒中的发病和死亡情况,为卒中的预防和流行病学研究提供参考.方法 以整群抽样的方法,抽取上海市奉贤区2个社区约10万自然人群,每年收集人口学资料,在监测人群中建立三级监测网络,调查卒中的发病与死亡情况,分析监测人群2008-2010年间卒中的发病率、死亡率和临床类型的分布.卒中发病率和死亡率以2009年全国人口抽样调查结果作为标准人口进行标化.结果 ①2008年开始监测100 622人,至2010年累计监…查看全部>>
Objectives To monitor stroke morbidity and mortality in 2 rural communities of Shanghai and to provide a reference for stroke prevention and epidemiological study. Methods A modified cluster-sampling method was used to extract about 100 000 natural populations in the 2 communities of Fengxian District, Shanghai. The demographic data were collected annually.
