摘要
Abstract
University charter is like a law which regulates the running of a university through self-governance and self-management,whose observation may lead to not only the successful operation of itself but also its communication and cooperation with the state and society.At present,the construction of university charter is still faulted with the lack of attention from the university,society and state,and the text full of home truth and ambiguous expressions.Therefore,the role of university charter should be further actualized through the amendment of The Law of Higher Education by the government,the popularization by the mass media on and off the campus,the introduction and reference of relevant experience at home and abroad,and the institutional establishment.关键词
