Abstract
Academic management is an all-directional system engineering which permeates in the whole process of teaching,administration and service,and includes a series of working processes contributive to attaining the established goals of talents fostering.The Middle Tennessee State University incarnates its value orientations such as ＂administration is service,to do all the work student-orientated,to promote student learning and development as the central task＂ in the aspect of major intercalating,course designing,teaching support and service,teaching administration informationization,etc.Its advanced experience and modus operandi have enlightenment for Chinese universities where the model of talents fostering is being reformed and the efficiency of academic administration is being improved.关键词
