Abstract
Distinguished Talents Training Program（DTTP） is in essence a quality education in the current context of tertiary education in China.It is accomplished through specialized disciplinary education,which,as an extension and innovation on the form and content of quality education,actualizes the quality education in its specific links such as curriculum and instructions.The insightful cognition of the connotation of DTTP and the effective integration of DTTP and quality education are crucial to its successful implementation.关键词
