Abstract
The advanced Canadian tertiary education is closely related to its management with special characteristics: the leading role of governmental input combined with autonomous administration of universities,the social demand-oriented nurturing of innovative talents in the collaboration of teaching and productions and the coordinated innovation of scientific research and teaching.The interpretation of the above three characteristics with their implications will help us better ponder how to develop the management of the world's first-rate agricultural universities.关键词
