摘要
Abstract
The development of IT provides a powerful support for the access to information resources and how to construct the university information resources systematically and pertinently has preoccupied the minds of the information resources constructors and managers in universities.The construction of information resources must be preceded by clear objectives,serve-based and guarantee-motivated principles,effective organization,scientific management,and the goal of serving the teaching and research,disciplinary building and the needs of staff and students.关键词
