On the Path Choice of Tertiary Agricultural Educational Service to the Rural Human Capital Development
摘要
Abstract
The rural human capital is a kind of capital that provides future economic values and its path of development mainly depends on education,training and health-care,among which,education and training play a leading role.Tertiary agricultural institutions should transform their conceptions,give a full play to the roles of technological extension service and vocational training service,implement the plan of agricultural university students serving the rural areas,raise the scientific and humanity quality of rural human capital to a higher level and strengthen their function of serving the construction of the New Rural Construction.关键词
