Research Progress on Oilseeds Processing and Utilization Technology
摘要
Abstract
Oilseeds, as important sources of fat and protein, could improve food structure, and promote development of aquaculture and processing industries, etc.. At present, increasing demands are put forward for improving unhealthy oil processing technology, optimizing effective refining process, reducing waste and developing high value-added products. The paper reviewed the progress made in oilseeds processing technology, utilization technology of different components, and existing problems. It also prospects the future development orientation so as to provide references for oilseeds processing and comprehensive utilization.关键词
