不孕症女性社会支持、羞辱感、自尊与负性情绪的关系探讨
Relationships between Social Support,Humiliation,Self-esteem and Negative Emotion in Infertile Women
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationships between social support, humiliation, self - esteem, and negative emotions ( anxiety and depression ) in Chinese infertile women. Methods A self - made general condition questionnaire ( GCQ ), a self - made shame feeling of infertility questionnaire ( SIQ ), social support rating scale ( SSRS ), self - esteem scale ( SES ), self- rating depression scale ( SDS ), and self- rating anxiety scale ( SAS ) were used for investigation among 211 infertile women. Results The total score of SSRS was ( 38. 95 ±6. 87 ), of which the dimensional score was ( 22. 63 ±4. 15 ) for subjective support, ( 8. 97 ±2. 73 ) for objective support, and ( 7. 35 ± 1. 87 ) for extent to use support, respectively. The score of shame feeling was ( 4. 15 ±4. 14 ). The score of SES was ( 21. 80 ± 3. 53 ). The score of SAS was ( 43. 44 ± 10. 45 ). The score of SDS ( 50. 06 ± 10. 59 ). SAS score was negatively correlated to the scores of subjective support, objective support, extent to use support and self - esteem ( P < 0. 01 ); and positively correlated to the score of shame feeling ( P < 0. 01 ). SDS score was negatively correlated to the scores of subjective support, objective support, extent to use support and self - esteem ( P < 0. 01 ); and positively correlated to the score of shame feeling ( P <0. 01 ). Structural equation modeling ( SEM ) analysis showed that social support had directly negative effect on shame feeling (β = - 0. 41, P <0. 01 ), and directly positive effect on self- esteem (β =0. 52, P <0. 01 ). Shame feeling had directly negative effect on self-esteem (β = -0. 45 , P <0. 01 ), and directly positive effect on negative emotions (β=0. 38 , P <0. 01 ), Self - esteem had directly negative effect on negative emotions (β = -0. 50, P <0. 01 ). Conclusion Social support had indirect effects on negative emotions through shame feeling and self - esteem. A good social support for the infertile women can lower their shame feeling, strengthen their self - esteem, and alleviate their negatively mental stress level.关键词
