The seroepidemiological survey of Porcine epidemic encephalitis B in Guizhou province
摘要
Abstract
In order to get the message of JEV inapparent infection and the effectiveness of vaccine immunization of swin-ery in Guizhou province, 592 serum samples from unimmunized swinery and 104 serum samples from immunized swinery were detected by ELISA test . The results showed the JEV inapparent infection rate of swinery was 59. 97%(355/592) ;There were discrepancy in serum samples collected from different swinery cities and time. The detection results of serum antibody from im-munized swinery showed that JEV vaccine had induced the level of antibody. So we can draw the conclusion that,there were very serious JEV inapparent infection in the swinery of Guizhou and that should be prevented by JEV vaccine.关键词
