冷冻原肠中肠出血性大肠杆菌O157:H7的研究
Investigation on eEnterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli 0157:H7 in frozen intestine
摘要
Abstract
To study the enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC) 0157 '· H7 in entry exit frozen intestines, 35 intes tine samples, which included 19 samples derived from lambs/sheep and 16 samples derived from hogs, were collected in impor ted or domestic products during 2010 - 2011. Based on bacterial properties, biochemical and serological confirmation, and a EHEC 0157 : H7 reference strain was prepared as well, it shows that 2 frozen intestine samples were contaminated with EHEC 0157 : H7, positive rate was 5. 71%. Imported or domestic intestines might be contaminated with EHEC 0157 : H7, the relevant supervision and study should be strengthened.关键词
