Abstract
This paper briefly introduced the synthesis methods of polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimer, including divergent, convergent, and divergent-convergent methods. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed. The application of PAMAM in drug carrier, surfactant, catalyst, biosensor, and photochemical devices was reviewed.关键词
