Effect of Processing Temperature on Structure and Properties of PA6/CaCl2 Composites

Abstract
The research focused on the effect of processing temperature on the properties of PA6/ CaCl2 composites which were prepared through melting extrusion. Results showed that, with increasing processing temperature, the complex degree of PA6 and CaCl2 was deeper, the crystallinity of PA6/CaCl2 composites was smaller, the crystal degree was more imperfect, the viscosity of the PA6/CaCl2 composites was higher, and the melt flow rate was smaller. With increasing the processing temperature, the tensile strength of PA6/CaCl2 composites was increased firstly and then decreased. The Izod impact strength and flexural strength with an overall increasing trend when the processing temperature increased.关键词
