Study on Factors Influencing Clamping Force Repeatability of Injection Molding Machines
摘要
Abstract
Characteristics of conventional measurement methods of clamping force repeatability was discussed. Influencing factors on clamping force repeatability were investigated by Baumer strain clamps （Switzerland）. It was found that the influences of variations of mold closing/opening position and speed could be neglected. The test methods of clamping force repeatability based on Baume strain clamps had characteristics of easy operation and high accuracy.关键词
