摘要

Abstract

The key issue in the tissue engineering is to apply biodegradable polymers to produce three dimensional scaffolds with certain shapes, highly interconnected structure, and excellent mechanical properties. The fabrication methods and hotspots of scaffolds in recent years were reviewed in this paper. The future prospect of the porous scaffolds based on biodegradable polymer was also discussed.
