武夷菌素产生菌阻断突变株的筛选及分析
Screening and Analysis of Blocked Mutant from Wuyiencin Producing Strain
摘要
Abstract
Streptomyces ahygroscopicus var.wuyiensis was taken as original strain and its spores were treated by NTG,LiCl,microwave irradiation,complex mutagenesis of NTG and LiCl.One blocked mutant which had no antimicrobial activity named N1 was obtained by NTG treatment.The spore chains were long gyroidal and spores were elliptic.Compared to original strain,the mutant had no significant changes on morphology and sporulation,but lost antibiotic activities against 8 pathogens.HPLC detection indicated that an important component had been lost which was the primary component of wuyiencin.These results make foundation for further research of antibiotic production way and biosynthetic genes of wuyiencin.关键词
