摘要

Abstract

Campoletis chlorideae Uchida is a world wide endoparasitoid wasp with a wide host range.Besides its high parasitization efficacy in the field,it lays eggs into host larvae at their earlier instars,which results in death of host larvae before severe crop damage being caused.Therefore,C.chlorideae has most potential in population control of its lepidopteran hosts on various crops.However,the parasitoid wasp is not commercially produced yet.In this paper,the progresses and existing problems in rearing of C.chlorideae were reviewed and analyzed with the aim to provide useful information for breeding and utilization of C.chlorideae.
