近交系MIJ和HFJ大鼠部分生理数据测定和分析
Measurement and analysis of the biological data of the inbred strains of the HFJ and MIJ rats

Abstract
Objective To determine the organ coefficient, body temperature, respiratory rate and intestinal length of the inbred strains of MIJ rats, HFJ rats and closed colony of Wistar rats, and to observe the physiological phenotypes of the inbred strains of rats. Methods The animals' organ coefficient, body temperature, respiratory rate and intestinal length were routinely measured. Comparison was made between HFJ and MIJ rats, HFJ and Wistar rats or MIJ and Wistar rats, respectively. Results (1) Body weight: no significant differences were observed in the same sex of HFJ, MIJ and Wistar rats. (2) There were significant differences of the organ coefficients of the heart and lung between the male Wistar and HFJ rats, that of the uterus and liver between the female Wistar and HFJ rats, that of the lungs and spleens of the male MIJ and Wistar rats, that of the brains and spleens of female MIJ and Wistar rats, and that of the brain of male HFJ and MIJ rats. There was also significant difference between the organ coefficients of the brain and spleen of the female HFJ and MIJ rats, that of the liver, brain and eyeball of the male and female HFJ rats, that of the brain, heart, kidneys, lungs, spleen and eyeball of the male and female MIJ rats. (3) Body temperature: The body temperature of the female HFJ rats was significantly higher than that of female Wistar rats, but no significant differences were observed between the male rats. The body temperature of female HFJ rats was significantly higher than that of the males. (4) Respiratory rate; The female HFJ rats had a lower respiratory rate than that in female Wistar rats, and the respiratory rates of the male and female MIJ rats were higher than that of the same gender of Wistar rats. ( 5) Intestinal length: There were significant differences between the total intestinal length and the length of small intestine of the HFJ and Wistar rats of the same sex, the total intestinal length, the large intestinal length, the small intestinal length, and the cecum length of the male MIJ and Wistar rats, and between the total intestinal length, small intestinal length, cecum length of the female MIJ and Wistar rats. There were significant differences between the total intestinal length, large intestinal length and small intestinal length of male and female HFJ and Wistar rats, but no significant differences between the intestinal length of HFJ and Wistar rats of the same sex. Conclusions All the organ coefficients, body temperature, respiratory rate, intestinal length of the inbred MIJ and HFJ rats have their own unique physiological profiles.关键词
