摘要
Abstract
Objective To analysis of 15 cases of bone metastasis of ovarian carcinoma for determine the clinical presentation and outcome. Methods Retrospective analysis of 15 cases records of bone metastasis of ovarian carcinoma in Cancer institute & Hospital between Jan. 1984 and Dec. 2008. Results (1) The site of 15 cases of bone metastasis, vertebrae metastasis (17 cases) .pelvic bone metastasis (6 cases) and limbs metastasis(4cases). The main clinical symptoms include low back pain(7 cases), chest pain(4 cases) and walking disorder(2 cases). (2)5 cases of ovarian cancer patients stage IV also found bone metastasis' in original diagnosis.The interval between diagnosis of primary carcinoma and detection of bone metastasis was 1-2 years for 5 cases stage Ⅲ.1 case stage I found bone metastasis in 3 years after diagnosis of ovarian cancer . (3)11 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer patients with bone metastasis include low, moderately differentiated serous papillary adenocarcinoma (8 cases); well - differentiated serous papillary adenocarcinoma (1 case); clear cell carcinoma (2 cases). 15 cases of bone metastases patients with concurrent lung metastasis 6 cases, 3 cases of liver metastasis, lymph node metastasis in 7 cases(4)5 patients did not receive therapy of bone metastasis. Survival time of 2 to 5 months;In the other 10 patients the survival time of 1 month to 23 years. Conclusion Bone metastasis of ovarian carcinoma more common sites are vertebrae and pelvic bone, lungs metastasis,lymph node metastasis and poorly differentiated carcinoma may be risk factors of bone metastasis. The prognosis of bone metastasis of ovarian carcinoma is poor. Multimodality therapy including radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other treatment of bone metastasis may prolong survival.关键词
