Abstract
The improvement of medical treatment level and various social factors were the most significant causes of an escalating rate of cesarean delivery. Delivery way of the re-pregnant woman after caesarean was still controversial. This article synthetically analysed the development trends, case-selection and relevance processing method of vaginal birth after cesarean ( VBAC ) , in order to further reduce the rate of cesarean delivery and improve the obstetric quality.关键词
