Abstract
Present situation of the episiotomy using in spontaneously vaginal delivery in China and aboard is overviewed. Through the available evidence of clinical disadvantage of the routine episiotomy use, we stress the importance of advocating restrictive use of episiotomy. Based on our obstetric experience, especially on the practice of restrictive use of episiotomy for primiparous and multiparous women, we docu-ment the key technology and difficulties during implementation of restrictive episiotomy use.关键词
