日本血吸虫虫卵在BALB/c鼠肝脏各叶中的分布调查
DISTRIBUTION OF SCHISTOSOMIA JAPONICUM EGGS IN LIVER LOBES OF BALB/C MICE
摘要
Abstract
To establish a quantitative and operational method for sampling mouse livers to count parasite eggs,BALB /c mice were infected with Schistosoma japonicum miracidium.At 42 days post infection,infected mice were sacrificed and livers were sectioned into left,median and right lobes and Schistosomia japonicum eggs were counted.The weight of livers was average at（2.23±0.26）g.The eggs per gram（EPG） of whole livers were 47.78×103±23.64×103.The EPGs of median lobe,right lobe and left lobe were 49.80×103±26.70×103,59.03×103±29.04×103 and 36.55×103±17.77×103,respectively.The difference in egg counts between three lobes was significant（P0.05）.关键词
