上海地区31株2型猪链球菌的分离鉴定及其耐药性分析
ISOLATION OF STEPTOCOCCUS SUIS TYPE 2 IN SHANGHAI AREA AND TESTING OF DRUG RESISTANCE

Abstract
Streptococcus suis infection is an important zoonotic disease. Streptococcus suis type 2 is highly pathogenic to pigs and also can infect humans and cause deaths. Whole blood and internal organs were collected from diseased pigs suspected S. suis type 2 infection. The samples were cultured for examination of colony morphology and growth characteristics and for identification by PCR. A total of 31 strains were determined to be S. suis type 2. The drug resistance of these strains was tested by using disk diffusion method. The percentages of drug resistant strains were 80% to AM, 68% to GM, 84% to CHL, 52% to SXT, and 55% to CIE These results would provide valuable information for clinical treatment of S. suis type 2 infection.关键词
