莱克多巴胺胶体金免疫层析法快速检测试纸条的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF COLLOIDAL GOLD IMMUNOCHROMATOGRAPHY TEST STRIPS FOR RAPID DETECTION OF RACTOPAMINE
摘要
Abstract
To develop a rapid and simple method to detect ractopamine （RAC） in pig urine, colloidal gold immunochromatography test strips were prepared. Colloidal gold particles prepared by sodium citrate reduction method were labeled with monoclonal antibody against ractopamine and sprayed onto the glass fiber. RAC-BSA conjugated antigen and goat anti-mouse IgG were bound onto a nitrocellulose membrane. Then, the sample pad, gold pad, nitrocellulose membrane and absorbent paper were assembled and cut into test strips. The detection limit of the test strips was 5ppb （ng/mL） ractopamine. The test could be completed within 8-10 min and the results could be read by naked eyes. There was no need for expensive equipment. The sensitivity, specificity, stability and reproducibility of the test strips met requirements for use in rapid testing and screening关键词
