山羊关节炎-脑炎病毒陕西分离株全基因组的克隆和序列分析
Cloning and sequence analysis of the whole genome of caprine arthritis-encephalitis virus Shaanxi strain

Abstract
Five pairs of primers were designed according to the nucleotide sequences of caprine arthritis-encephalitis virus(CAEV) deposited in GenBank,and 5 fragments covering the whole viral genome were obtained and sequenced from infected cells. The whole genome of CAEV Shaanxi strain consists of 9 065 nucleotides,including two LTRs, three structural gene(gag, pol and env gene), and three regulatory gene (tat, vif and rev gene). The accession number of CAEV Shaanxi strain in GenBank is GU120138. Comparative analysis with the genomic sequences of CAEV Gansu and CAEV CO strain revealed that CAEV Shaanxi shared 99.6% identity with CAEV Gansu and 92.4% with CAEV CO. Phylogenetic analysis based on complete genome and gag gene, revealed that the CAEV Shaanxi strain had closer relationship with CAEV Gansu strain and CAEV CO strain in comparison with the Italian and Norway strains, and also showed that CAEV Shaanxi strain belonged to SRLV subtype B2.关键词
