狂犬病病毒抗体免疫金标检测试纸的制备及其应用
Preparation and application of colloidal gold strip for the detection of antibodies against rabies virus
摘要
Abstract
In order to develop a new method for rapid detection of antibodies against rabies virus,strips were prepared with the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography assay.The purified rabies virus CVS11 strain was labeled by colloidal gold and SPA was used as the test capture reagent to detect the corresponding antibodies.Clinical samples were tested by the colloidal gold strip with the lowest test level of 0.002 U/mL.The strip did not cross react with the positive sera of canine parvovirus,canine distemper virus and canine adenovirus type 2.The strip was still effectual after stored for 12 months at room temperature.The coincidence rate between the colloidal gold strip and RFFIT was 95.12%.The result showed that the colloidal gold strip for rabies virus antibody detection was sensitive,specific,convenient to be used and rapid to get results.关键词
