摘要
Abstract
The clinical manifestations of cattle naturally infected with Mycoplasma bovis pneumonia were recorded.Through dissection and the changes of infected cattle,some tissues such as heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,lymph nodules and intestinal tract were harvested to make pathological section,then color graphs were gathered by the NIS-Elements.Result showed that the infectious M.bovis pneumonia was characterized by necrotizing pneumonia,necrotizing lymphadenitis and renal hemorrhage.Compared with contagious bovine pleuropneumonia and bovine tuberculosis,it was confirmed that there were obvious differences between infectious M.bovis pneumonia and the other two bovine diseases in pathological changes.关键词
