建立在PCR-RFLP方法基础上的羊梨形虫的种类鉴定
Detection and differentiation of the ovine piroplasm species based on the PCR-RFLP method

Abstract
Ovine piroplasmosis is an emerging disease worldwide,with multiple species of Babesia ssp. and Theileria spp.now being recognized to infect sheep and goats.Five piroplasms,including B.motasi,B.sp.,T.luwenshuni,T.uilenbergi and T.ovis,have been reported in China,and also caused the great economic losses to stock raising.To develop a taxonomic tool for piroplasm species infective to the sheep and goats,the 18S rRNA genes from all species were amplified using PCR,and digested by Cla Ⅰ,Sau96Ⅰ and Mbo Ⅱ.Results showed that B.motasi,B.sp.,T.luwenshuni,T.uilenbergi and T.ovis can be effectively discriminated based on the restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP).The present study provided a novel assay for molecular identification and taxonomy of piroplasm.关键词
