牛瑟氏泰勒虫二温式PCR检测方法的建立及应用
Establishment and application of a two-temperature PCR assay for the detection of Theileria sergenti
摘要
Abstract
To establish a rapid,specific and sensitive detection method for Theileria sergenti,a pair of specific primers was designed and synthesized according to the T.sergenti MPSP gene in GenBank（GQ180198.1）and a two-temperature PCR assay was established.The method showed no cross reaction with Neospora caninum,Mycoplasma suis and Toxoplasma gondii RH strain.The minimum detectable amount of DNA was 1.7pg/μL.The results showed that the PCR method was highly sensitive and speci-fic.This study provided a method for rapid detection of T.sergenti.关键词
